I had an issue with a bill that I paid on line. I figured that I would go in person to address it. I arrived here and I wasn’t sure what to do. There was not anyone in the cubicles who were available so I waited in line for a teller. When it was my turn, the young man who was helping me told me to have a seat and he would help me.
