I use to really like this branch. The service is quickly going down. I’ve been a customer for over 30 years. It’s evident that they don’t care about losing any of their long term customers after so many years of being loyal. I was going to go to another branch but all of the reviews in this area are shocking. So I’m in search of a credit union ASAP to move all of my accounts. Hopefully, tellers with poor attitudes and poor service will soon realize they are about to be replaced by AI.
I came here and i was truly surprised. Everyone here is incredibly friendly. In particular, I met Raghida Alkhal. She very enthusiastic and helpful, and if possible. I would like to give her 10 stars for her professionalism and thoughtfulness. I love Raghida Alkhal❤️

Slowest service you can imagine. A simple $200 withdrawal takes 30 minutes if Jackie is not working.
