Poor service, hidden fees and one associate asking inappropriate questions, I walked out.
Well it's a great shame there's apparently no BofA ATM in Eastern Greenwich, with both Old Greenwich and Cos Cob already closed. Poor service really.
Silvia is ABOVE & BEYOND! We called BOA Greenwich and were so pleasantly greeted by Silvia on the most professional way. She answered all our questions and followed up diligently with required paperwork. Everything is handled efficiently at this bank.
