I had an unpleasant encounter at the 206 Main Street bank .At around 5:08pm I went to the bank to withdraw money from my account. As I was trying to withdraw money the ATM froze and the screen was unresponsive. By knocking on the glass, I got the attention briefly of a male teller and I was saying the ATM is unresponsive, he proceeded to look at me and then turn around. Terrible customer service, no one answer the phone. Called a million times to see if they do notary as the site says, no answer. Went to the locations just to see staff available and that the notary guy was not in that day. Picking up the phone would have saved me a trip and time.
