I had several accounts and a FA at Merrill Lynch so thought I'd try banking at BoA. The 1st interaction I had with the staff was to get some documents notarized. I walked into the branch and the manager said they could do it. Later, I scheduled an appointment online and I think it was Julio who then canceled the appointment. I tried a 2nd time and he cancelled that also. I called and left a vm message for the manager mentioning that we spoke and asked if she called look into why the appointments were cancelled. Julio Davila at Bank of America did an amazing job opening my daughter’s account. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all our questions with patience. Excellent customer service!

I had an unpleasant encounter at the 206 Main Street bank .At around 5:08pm I went to the bank to withdraw money from my account. As I was trying to withdraw money the ATM froze and the screen was unresponsive. By knocking on the glass, I got the attention briefly of a male teller and I was saying the ATM is unresponsive, he proceeded to look at me and then turn around.
