Employees here has no idea how to send wire transfers
Went there to do wire transfer few weeks ago. After 30 mins wait they said they don't know how to do wire trnsfer
I came in Friday March 6 around 4 pm. Line was long but that's to be expected. What I wasn't expecting was watching the male teller yelling at an older gentlemen about which Bill the gentlemen wanted. The older gentlemen seem to be hard at hearing or the teller wasn't being clear to him. The lady that approach the same teller was trying to be nice saying she's gonna make it a simple transaction, and he was still having an attitude. Walked in kind of upset walking in but Jennifer took care of me very well. And made me understand how they do things. She has a lot of patience and really took the time to handle the situation and was professional
