I am specifically talking about Lafayette branch. Somehow my previous negative review of Lafayette was filed under Walnut Creek Bank of America. The negative review applies to LAFAYETTE CALIFORNIA Unfriendly. Unhelpful. Had an appointment and they basically took 30 minutes to tell me they had no record of it. WALNUT CREEK MUCH BETTER experience. Had an appointment. Honored it. Got my needs met even though Lafayette branch closer.
Onyekachi was so helpful, I have a great experience with her.
