I want to reiterate my satisfaction with the Lafayette branch of Bank of America! I recently visited to access my safe deposit box as well as do some banking and received excellent service from both Gheeta and Julie. Tatiana, the branch manager, greeted me and always makes me feel like I'm an important and valued client. The branch is well appointed and I never have an issue with parking. Hats off to the Lafayette branch and its staff!! Brett Reed
The service might just be worse than the parking here. Hard to imagine worse service.
Wow! I actually had an amazing service experience at this Bank Of America financial center. The manager, Tatiana, is a Rock Star. She helped me wade through documents, make sense of them and followed up with me afterwards! She ascertained I had all I needed for success by going above and beyond! A consummate professional!
