I’ve been a long-time Chase client, but when I tried to open a joint account, I was told they couldn’t accommodate me without an appointment since they are short staffed. I decided to call around and got in touch with this location. The Senior Finance Manager Javonnie, answered my call. She was upfront that they were busy and normally handle new accounts by appointment only, but she made time to squeeze me in as a walk-in even though I wasn’t a client yet. If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the only B of A in the area and the line is always ridiculously long with only 1-2 tellers. You wait in line for over 45 minutes, and the management just brings people to cut in front of you because they were already there and the next appointment is there. They don't even offer to open more windows anytime or any day of the week, and you lose much time for something so simple. Allowing children to solicit food outside the bank, but failing to put the appropriate signage to help direct people who keep these banks in business. Dirty machines and premises. Shame on BOA management in Pittsburg, for having these low standards. Drive thru machine is out of order & Manager Salvador claims he’s not allowed to put an Out of Order sign on the machine, so drive through customers are inconvenienced as they can’t use the machine in the drive thru once they pull up and have to go back around, hope there’s not a... read more
