They are very unhelpful and not friendly at all. You come in to make a transaction and they get mad that they have to do work.
After my car was deemed totaled by Geico, I visited the Geico adjuster at Telegraph and 12 Mile and he printed a check for me to cover the equity I had left in the car. I immediately took the check to this Bank of America location and the clerk, for whatever reason, told me that a phone verification was necessary due to the type of check Geico issued.
