I have tried calling this bank on bicentennial for four days. Please don’t tell me you are that busy as your parking lot is always closed. I’m trying to schedule an appointment and of course wasn’t able to. I know you don’t except walk in so what is a person supposed to do when you don’t answer the phone and supposedly somethings wrong with the system, I am very disappointed with Bank Of America. I have been with you for years and I’m beginning to think I need to change.
This place is unresponsive to customers! I called 22 times and they will not answer the phone. Just a recording! They won't even respond to the US Mail. The branch manager needs to train staff.
My disabled husband made an appointment to get a Medallion Signature Guarantee for some paperwork regarding his deceased mother. I received a voicemail from the agent at the bank the morning of our appointment requesting a call back. I called him back and left a message about 10 minutes later. Was there today. They are closed on Saturdays now because of Covid. Google hours are wrong. I guess they feel people no longer need banking services on the weekend because of it.
