I have tried calling this bank on bicentennial for four days. Please don’t tell me you are that busy as your parking lot is always closed. I’m trying to schedule an appointment and of course wasn’t able to. I know you don’t except walk in so what is a person supposed to do when you don’t answer the phone and supposedly somethings wrong with the system, I am very disappointed with Bank Of America. I have been with you for years and I’m beginning to think I need to change.Â
