In both locations, I have always been treated very nicely by all staff.
Went to get a notary service done for my business to submit a fictitious business name (2 DBA's) for my business which is separately held by my holding company. The gentleman refused to complete the notary citing reasons that were fundamentally false: Bank of America does not assist with holding companies (although I previously set up bank accounts for both businesses); that I need to include myself in addition to the holding company as members on the portfolio company (thereby defeating the purpose of a holding company); an... read more
Never open. They don’t answer the phone. Hours on website don’t match hours on door and neither seem to be correct because they are never open.
