Not sure they care about our reviews but today 12/18/2025 I was at this branch regretfully I hate going to the bank, there was one teller and about 5 to 6 bankers in the offices, there were 2 older ladies in front of me one visible fragile they were waiting for 15 minutes before I arrived and I waited for 15 minutes before going to the teller, one teller managing a business transaction that took more than 15 minutes. They deliberately don’t answer the phone. Trying to get you to go online. The online scheduling app does not work either. Resonding to BOA below. Things have changed, BOA always answered the phone 15 years ago. Both the local branches and the corporate number. Can't get through on either line now. The mobile scheduling app, not working. Went into the branch. Lots of frustrated customers taking up all the lobby chairs waiting. Long line to the only 2 windows open. Meanwhile most the office cubicles are empty. Now I walk in during business hours I want to open a banking account I get told sorry I can make an appointment to come back what a joke. Bake elsewhere lazy bank employees
This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced since being a bank of America customer. I just went in there so I could get my pin number on my debit card and I got there in plenty of time 3 bankers swear up and down they couldn't authenticate my account in which I log into every day and then tried to say there was a fraud posted on my card and I had to call customer service and they were trying to help them at the branch but the lady at the branch said I would have to scheduled an appointment to come back becaus... read more
