Very disappointing experience. I was waiting in the designated business banking line, yet the teller Tyler Wilton, chose to serve customers from the general line before me. When it was finally my turn, she was rude and unprofessional, The teller scrutinized my ID in a way that felt excessive and discriminatory. My experience was seamless. I walked in without an appointment, and they were able squeeze me in. Everyone was lovely, professional, and very friendly, from the manager, the tellers, and the security officer. Particular shout out to Marissa at the Silverado Ranch branch -- she's awesome.
