I just opened an account with BOA online. When I tried to use the money to pay my bills, the system insists that I enter our ATM card pin. I tried every way to set up the pin (online, phone calls and ATM machine), and finally realized that the only way is to physically go to a bank and have a banker do it for me. I’m not a customer but I’ve been calling for two days now and multiple times throughout the day in hopes of speaking to someone. I attempted to open a basic checking account on line and it says they’ll contact me with a decision.I currently have another bank that I’ve had for about six years with no issues and thought of BOA because it’s closer but now I’m not sure..

I am glad that they have the closest Bank of America in my area. I visited this place because my mom needs a checking account. Nicolas S., a relationship banker who assisted us. His very professional and helped out all throughout. I told him that we only have 45 minutes to do it because my mom has a dentist appointment. We got done in 25 mins. I was so happy that he acted directly on my concerns rather than keep explaining or showing some unnecessary stuff. Thank you Nicholas for your help. Thank you Bank of America.
