It was a drive through that worked.
One teller working as usually, but the branch has a total of 3 windows. This bank is giving off Walmart vibes with the lack of staff. Management doesn't address the long waiting when a customer brings it up, instead she avoids eye contact and walked away. I would avoid this bank if possible. 9 people in front of me, I counted 6 who walked out behind me and a total wait time of 26 minutes for a car payment at 10am.
