So I came in because they were the closest Bank of America to my apartment. I had deposited a check from a Personal injury, attorneys office on behalf of my husband. The check got deposited at the Carrollton Bank of America via the ATM, which I didn’t think was going to be a problem because my husband was on our account. I was helping my son buy a car and went to withdraw 3,000.00 against my BOA credit card that has a cash maximum much higher than that. I could have used my savings account but I wanted to raise my credit score by paying it off since I don't have any other monthly bills to pay.
