Went there to get a notary. The guy who signed our paper was so rude and unprofessional. He wrote last year on the date and now we have to get another one. How come he cannot do his own job and rude at the same time?

If you change your phone number and need to update your account,you are in for a treat! I hope you have 3-6 weeks to stop in, and spend hours on the phone. Because you might as well work there.
Upon entering into this branch I was greeted by a very nice Indian lady and I started to speak to her about my situation pertaining to my debit card not being mailed to the right address.All of a sudden comes this lady interrupting this woman.On her badge was named Crystal.She was so extremely rude to this other employee. Who just jumps in front of somebody in the process of trying to do their job?Crystal your micro managing people was a bit much! Take some classes on how to treat your employees!
