Every time since I came here by the firs time, I could see that all people who work here are very attentive and I feel confidence when I am doing my financial stuff. Today I have to deposit a check and I was received with a very kind smile by Crystal who attended me and I explained what I wanted to do and she very easy and quickly helped me with my check deposit. Less than 3 minutes. Great service in BOF! =)
Just had the worst possible experience at this location. I visit this location weekly for work, and today, I was rudely berated by one of the associates for still being serviced after close. This is despite me arriving before the bank closed and apologizing to the kind tellers and even the manager that I see every week from the start. I have called the branch phone number repeatedly over the years and Never has there been an person to answer when i select option 4 " Speak to a branch representative". So recently after calling, I drive up there and staff is just standing idle. This is terrible because sometimes I need to speak to a person! Furthermore, when bringing it up, the staffers replied that they ALWAYS answer the phone. False!!
