They don’t pick up the phonesÂ

Well... I went to this bank as told by the phone customer service to have my information verified. I got out the bank because they said everything was fine. I put in about $1000 to open the account. Then the next day the account got closed. Per the BOA 1-800 customer service, this bank PROBABLY didn't do the verification process correctly and so my account got closed. Now my money is in limbo, and I guess no groceries for me this week. I'm not going to this bank anytime soon as the bankers might be a little bit incompetent.Â
Excelente atención en este banco el personal es muy amable lo único es que es un banco y aún asà no aprueba tarjetas de crédito a sus clientes en mi caso solo una tarjeta asegurada osea que le puse mi mismo dinero.Â
