The worst customer service. So quick to take ur money and open an account but helpless when you actually have an issue.Â
As a business owner, you appreciate speedy service because in today’s market things need to be done quick. Unfortunately I have been having problems with this location and also Bank of America in general. Last week I deposited about 14 checks in their ATM drive-through and the machine turned off, leaving me without my funds until they resolved the issue.
