One of the three ATMs is always broken, backing up the line and delaying everyone's time. Do you want the business or not? And if they want me to reply with my issue further, shame on BOA to not have a place for it outside of social media, which not everyone uses.
Bank location needs to hire or schedule more people. It’s ridiculous for only two representatives to be available on a Saturday before the first of the month. Shame on management!! The staff looks very overwhelmed and customers have been waiting for be serviced for over 39 minutes. Do better Bank of America! You can afford to have more people serving the clients without exploiting ur staff
They never pick up the phone u get the answering machine stating that they are busy but I go in and no one is busy no customers I literally called rite inside my car in the parking lot and when u tell them once ur inside that u called them and they didn’t pick up they either answer we are extremely busy sr o the phone didn’t ring that’s bs becuz they weren’t busy and there phone does ring they just refuse to pick up the worst Bank of America ever
Las puertas de ingreso los domingos nunca sirven, uno llama para hablar con alguien que trabaje allá y nunca contestan las llamadas, lo he intentado más de una semana y nunca contestan, siempre están "ocupados".
Bank of America is alright, it's their 24/7 atms that suck. They never work, and when we most need them of weekends at night only one of them works. Right now I am sitting to transfer money into my account, their is only 1 atm working and the line is all the way into the gym parking lot. Fix ur machines for the love of God!!!
