Made an appointment a week in advance for when they opened. Showed up within a few minutes of my appointment and they had already taken another customer. What is the point of having an appointment if they do not call to confirm the client is coming in, and immediately take someone else? Mind you, when I came in the week prior, they said they only see you on an appointment basis, so why lie to me and make me waste my time coming back a second time?
