Disgusting customer service. Scheduled a phone call for financial advisement a week in advance between 10-1030; time came and went, zero phone call, zero message, email or anything. Thankful most banking is online and happy I figured out my own questions without needing help from one of your “professionals”. Do better.
This is the worst bank I have ever used. I am a fairly new customer. There is never enough tellers. I went today to pick up euros I had ordered. I waited my turn in line of 5 with one teller. Two employees have to go to the vault together which I understand. The manager told the teller I would have to come back after the other teller returned from lunch. I came back around 2:00 and there was only one teller again with 6 in line. I asked the manager if I had to stand in line again since I had already done that. She said yes j... read more
