The lobby is inadequately staffed. It doesn't matter what day of the week or time of day. They only always have one person working the window no one in drive thru. And every person in line always has some extra complicated situation that requires an act of God to get done.
If I could give a zero, I would. First, the drive thru is permanently closed. That is very inconvenient when they border an over 55 community of 150,000 residents, many who are handicapped, disabled, or have health issues and find it very difficult to get out of their car and walk into the branch and stand in line for service, one of which is my father who has been a Bank of America customer for over 50 years.
