The decline of this branch is sad, 40 years going to this location and now I will close my accounts! Poor service 1 teller. Line almost outage door. 25 minutes wait. Bad attitudes!
Ridiculous customer service, if I could give 0 stars I would. Hour wait to resolve nothing! Notary decides when they want to do their job or not.
Never ever sign to this bank!!! Their goal is to open for you account and thats it, if you will need help forget about it.
The wait time here is unbelievable! They definitely need more staff.
I came to this bank hoping I would get service on my account and the store manger Hair Gomez said that he can’t see my name there!! Then I had to rush to the other store b/senof closing time… which they found my name and service Me well! Bad experience with this beanch
