Won't break my $100 bill without an account
I would like to compliment Chanley Nhil at the Kent BofA 4th Ave branch for helping us through an awful bank scam. Her knowledge, professionalism & helpfulness was a big plus as she painstakingly closed our existing accounts, opened new ones & did all the money transfers. She even went so far as to help us change ID’s & passwords to guard against any further fraud. Chanley is an excellent employee who definitely deserves a raise!
We had not visited this branch since last year. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the manager and some other staff had been replaced. We have been customers of Bank of America and have been coming to this branch for about 30 years. It used to be a huge ordeal every time we came in person.
