The worst branch. We’ve been called scammers and suspicious by the Indian teller at this branch. She’s always rude if you’re not white or Indian. We go out of our way to avoid this branch even though it’s closest to us.
I would never going back to this branch two times it's an off for me they do social profiling not doubt!

On 4/4/24 a coworker and I had lunch at 12:00pm at a local restaurant Gators in Kent , on the 8th I found my account had a overcharge of $240.50 I disputed the charge on my account a temporary credit was applied. 2 weeks later my claim closed and credit taken away with out any correspondence from Bank of America asking for any additional information.
