Customer for many years. As many of us, find myself coming here less and less. They have good service and they do help. I recommend this bank as the employees here are super nice.
It’s been 3 months and they still haven’t fixed there outside atms? SMH
Would give this location zero stars if possible - 3 ATMS and only 1 ever working. They don’t bother to ever fix them despite people actually working at this location.
On June 8, 2025, at 11:45 AM, I had a very frustrating experience at this branch. When I initially asked for assistance notarizing my document, the employee said she could not help me. She asked me to wait for the next available worker who can help. I waited about 40 minutes, and then she called me back to notarize it after all. Went to this branch location, 14 High Ridge Rd, across from Franks pizza and Home Goods after going to the one 1070 High Ridge Rd by the Merritt and Acme. I was looking into getting foreign currency branch and this location was very nice, helpful and welcoming. The gentleman was patient while explaining how to order it. I will be switching my BoA account to this location because the branch 1070 High Ridge wasn’t welcoming and helpful. Thank you Sir.
