After working in banking for 12 years, never have I heard needing an ID to make a cash deposit, especially well below the CTR threshold of $10k into my own account (granted, I only opened a B of A account in 2025 for joint expenses, and I’m glad they’re not my primary bank). I can understand if I’m asking for my account number because I don’t know it, but I had my full account number open on the mobile app and was still unable to deposit cash into my own checking account. Customer for many years. As many of us, find myself coming here less and less. They have good service and they do help. I recommend this bank as the employees here are super nice.
It’s been 3 months and they still haven’t fixed there outside atms? SMH
Would give this location zero stars if possible - 3 ATMS and only 1 ever working. They don’t bother to ever fix them despite people actually working at this location.
On June 8, 2025, at 11:45 AM, I had a very frustrating experience at this branch. When I initially asked for assistance notarizing my document, the employee said she could not help me. She asked me to wait for the next available worker who can help. I waited about 40 minutes, and then she called me back to notarize it after all.
