Stopped and needed some help with a business banking situation. Tyron (manager) stopped and listened to what we needed and figured out to solve our problem and get things done. I appreciated the extra time and provide good service.
Came in today to get change, since my company banks here. The teller Frishta is very rude, after raising her voice and cutting me off... she then almost gave me an extra $20. Because apparently she has a hard time counting, at a bank... do not recommend this location.
If I could give this bank a 0 today, I would. Managers are completely clueless in their business. You try to explain the problem to them, they interrupt you and start talking about their own, making you look like an idiot. I don't recommend it to anyone.
