If I could give this bank a 0 today, I would. Managers are completely clueless in their business. You try to explain the problem to them, they interrupt you and start talking about their own, making you look like an idiot. I don't recommend it to anyone.

I don’t bank with BOfA because of how greedy their policies are, but occasionally have to do business here. This bank’s hours are 10am-4. This only works for ppl that don’t have full time jobs, or have “work from home pretend jobs”. For example if I worked those hours, I’d be out of business/out of job pretty quickly. Usually by 10am, they have a line of customers waiting outside. Most other banks are 9-5, 9-6pm even. Do better BofA
I asked about the post credit debit return, which I didn't know about and wanted to know why it happened. The lady who talked to me was a bit condescending regarding my credit history. I didn't really appreciate that, as I didn't ask for how credit works.
