Stopped by today and it’s usually pretty busy inside with long lines, so I just used the outside ATM at Bank of America. The security guard was very helpful I felt safe and even had a good conversation with him. Quick and easy overall.
Shameful leadership at this branch. J cant even tell you if you’re declined for a secured card or not, yet he demands you add $500 to his in branch ATM. Probably so he gets he can line his stingy LITTLE pockets with bonuses at his trash can branch. “Wait for a letter. I’m not man enough to tell you-J” J is not a leader. He’s a coward, plain and simple. Who made guy a branch manager??Emailed him twice about his lack of response and cowardice. NO RESPONSE.
