This bank is the absolute worst. Every time I go there for any reason I get lied to, or told half of the truth and it’s consistent. They are always severely understaffed and there is always some sort of policy or waiting period involved with check cashing or deposits. Do not open an account here if you want unrestricted access to your money. They will tell you one thing and do another.
