I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this Bank of America branch. After waiting in a long line on a Saturday to exchange $300 into $1 bills, I gave my ID to the teller because I don’t carry my debit card—I avoid it since I spend a lot. However, the male employee in the red shirt rudely demanded that I open an app instead. Went close to closing time and it wasn't busy.
After waiting over an hour to be even acknowledged by a customer service representative, I was told I needed the app to see a representative for help with the app itself. I could not wait another hour to talk to someone about my banking needs and left very dishearted by my home branch. bank of 37 years.
Been Banking with them for over 40yrs.
