1 star because they've closed this location permanently it looks like. Disappointing, because the other 2 branches are either downtown Puyallup, or far end of South Hill (176th), and if you know anything about driving Meridian, you know that neither direction is pleasant during business hours. Staff at this location was always good when I went inside and used the drive-up (before BofA shuttered them at every location)

Prompt service and friendly staff. Was hesitant to go because of negative reviews, but it’s the closest location for me. Maybe negative reviewers got in on a busy day?
My husband went in here to get help from the branch manager with a check. She claimed because it was deposited in ATM there was absolutely nothing she could do to help and had a horrible attitude. We knew that was a lie because the problem we were having was with BOA policy not brinks as she tried to claim. She would only give us some number and said they could help.
