The Bank of America in Twin Lakes, Federal Way, has a hectic parking lot layout that adds stress to the visit, especially with the one-way exit design. Once you’re inside, the branch is fairly clean and organized, offering all the basic banking services you’d expect. However, there was only one teller assisting customers during my visit, which made the wait longer than ideal. It can be a problem especially if someone ahead had a lengthy transaction.
