I usually skip this branch and go to Kent location bc they have limited business hours and staffing issues so you have to book an appointment sometimes weeks in advance. In all fairness most of this is probably a corporate decision not a local branch thing. Overall compared to other banks I hate BofA’s monthly service fee, limits on debit cards and corporate bs when it comes to holding my large deposits for up to 10 days. How is this bank still around?
