Opened a business account, I usually bank with BECU. And I needed to open one near my house. Business acct opened Wednesday, they closed it Sunday. I had a direct deposit on Saturday, and they "couldn't" access it. Shitty shitty shitty customer service. They couldn't even give me a reason why they did this. Felt stupid begging a million dollar company for my hard worked money. Would give them no stars.
I was deeply touched by Arnold's kindness.
