The absolute worst bank in america. Poorly managed. Self centered employees. They have failed to do their job.They have lied about calling my customer to verify a check and then voided it. I have confirmed with customer.They never received a phone call from the bank. Therefore, they illegally voided a check. And also had me waiting over an hour in the waiting room with my autistic son. While he was going crazy, they could give a crap less. The absolute worst environment in the world.

I had a frustrating experience at Bank of America in Puyallup, WA. The customer service was shockingly inadequate. I arrived to deposit a check just before closing at 4:55 PM, and the treatment I received was astonishing. It seemed like no one was eager to assist me, as they insisted they were closed. The staff exchanged glances, showing a lack of professionalism. Eventually, a teller stepped in to help, but it shouldn't have come to that. This bank really needs to rethink its management, it’s quite disappointing.
