Got off work drove 90 minutes to make it to establishment before they closed at 5pm. Arrived around 4:40 to do my transaction and was told that they closed for the day. It was suggested that I show up by 4:30 for a cash advance.
Wait time is terrible….only 1 or 2 are courteous others are business plus no interest…..do not enough tellers, want everything on line. Do not answer phone when try to call in…go on line what happens when you have no computer….have yo make an appointment, then wait again as not good staffing during peak hours.
The only bank among the 4 I visited that helped and at least explained the problems with my cards. No one else has done it. The staff is friendly and ready to help. Understanding people and professionals
