I've been with this bank for years and when I went here to open an Trust Account because of an Settlement with L&I . Whoever that woman was that supposedly had to review the Trust paperwork apparently had no idea what she was doing because How is it that you can't read the Trust Agreement see the documents of change that were approved and correct and just open the account. I am cashing the Community Funeral check but the branch manager Andrew Nakashima told me I can’t cash the because of non customer drawer on Bank’s America account.
