If I could give 0 stars to begin with, I would!! Rude service If I had booked an appointment to close my account (because they have really bad online service I would) via the online App at this establishment at 2:30pm with someone named “Paula Dutton”. For one, this was already suspicious because Google maps said that the Bank closes at 2pm. When I tried to call the BoA number that was linked on the OFFICIAL BANK OF AMERICA WEBSITE nobody answered.
