Stopped in today for the first time at this location. The "greeter" Ryan H who I just found out is the manager was rude and disregarding. When asked why I came in he rudely in front of other patrons stated "We dont offer those types of services" It wasn't what he said it was the way he said it, his tone, and his demeanor. I will never and I mean never frequent this location again.
AVOID! after an extremely unprofessional and dangerous interaction; I genuinely express people to stay away from this location. Unsupportive staff. Unreliable management. Rachel has no business being charge.
I come here on a regular basis and I have to say Victoria is the absolute Best!! She is always going above and beyond for everyone . Her positive attitude is greatly appreciated . I have to add that I do think there should always be a second person to assist the amount of people that walk in. I used to go to another location but because of Victoria and her great customer service I come here to drop off my clinic deposits.
Always a long line. 4 or more people and one teller.
