10/10! I used to bank with Wells Fargo across the street but I switched to this branch and thank the Lord Jesus Christ! These bankers are knowledgeable well trained, intelligent and they All speak Perfect English except for the one Asian lady. WORST BANK EVER, WENT TO PULL SOME MONEY OUT AS I PLANNED ON CLOSING MY ACCOUNT THEY SENT ME THE VERIFICATION CODE. I INPUT IT. THEY STILL COULDN’T VERIFY ME TOLD ME THERE WAS NO OTHER OPTIONS GO TO ANOTHER BRANCH THE BRANCH MANAGER, RYAN HAGGARD HAD NO ANSWER ON WHY THEY COULDN’T VERIFY ME AND I COULD NOT PULL MY MONEY OUT. Stopped in today for the first time at this location. The "greeter" Ryan H who I just found out is the manager was rude and disregarding. When asked why I came in he rudely in front of other patrons stated "We dont offer those types of services" It wasn't what he said it was the way he said it, his tone, and his demeanor. I will never and I mean never frequent this location again.
AVOID! after an extremely unprofessional and dangerous interaction; I genuinely express people to stay away from this location. Unsupportive staff. Unreliable management. Rachel has no business being charge.
