I live around the corner from the Trop. An Pecos branch an I drive over to green valley because the service is wonderful!! The people know what they are doing and are very kind. They make you feel like family. The Trop an Pecos branch is a zoo an the people treat you like crap. Never will ever go back there.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this time I feel compelled to speak up after years of frustration! I’ve been coming to this BofA branch for years, but I’ve never seen such POOR MANAGEMENT as with ELBERT. His negative attitude and lack of knowledge are unbearable. I’ve personally refused to be helped by him because he clearly doesn’t know what he’s doing.
