It doesn't appear that Bank of America is too concerned about their customer service waited in line for over 20 minutes to cash one small check only one person working very very slow
Poor customer service. They had me sit and wait for 45 minutes to tell me to come back another day. By that time everywhere else was closed and I could not do want I needed done that day.
Been with BofA for 40+ years. Need I say more???
I typically have a good experience here but this morning was much different. I was being helped my a woman named, I believe, Daniella and I had to leave. What I needed was very straight forward and she seemed very annoyed with me. I did not have specific dates for a transaction and she seemed very unwilling to help. The blank stare as I squirmed in my seat made me feel an inch tall. So unfriendly, cold and confrontational. I will have to drive extra far to to avoid this branch.
