As a business account holder I was appalled at how rude the teller was to me. She insisted the endorsement on the check was wrong and continued to explain that Bank of America was holding meetings to ensure tellers correct this. I stopped in for a quick deposit and found she was the only teller on a Friday at 2:00PM. It’s horrible customer service to wait in line with only one teller available on Friday afternoon. We do not recommend this location or its teller! Go elsewhere.

For notary it takes more than 1 hour. They need to hire more people. Worst service. Don't care about their customers.
