Horrible customer service!!!! the bank manager would not provide proper paperwork to help with my business deposits, negative 10 stars, done with B of A, pulled my money and found a better bank
Bank tellers not available for weeks. They never answer their phones. Avoid.
This branch is amazing. Littls line but thats expected and it moves quickly. SAM the teller is awesome and an asset to BOA!
Legitimately the worst week of my life. Everything going on with this pandemic turning peoples lives upside down. When I walked inside I was immediately greeted by security. Staff was friendly amidst the longer line due to short staffing and awkward silence and face mask gawking (ya know how everyone's looking at each other's mask secretly or so they think.. thanks covid.)
