It's a convenient location. One of my regular frequent stopsÂ
NEVER have I met a teller as smart and intuitive as Alexis. And I mean never! She's calm, collected, makes sense when she speaks and is kind on top of all that. That might seem like common sense for a teller, but in my 20 years of going to banks, it's not! Also the rest of the staff are alert and attentive too. As soon as more people came in, they shifted their focus on getting us taken care of first. Great branch! Thank you.Â

I am literally never able to get to this bank during open hours. When they open, I’m already at work when they close I’m just getting to the area I haven’t been able to get work done at this bank ever on a weekday! I always have to drive out of my way to farther away branches, when this one is literally right around the corner from me either change your hours or change bank brands!Â
I made an appointment with this bank I came to the appointment can u believe what the banker told me to do she told me to go ahead and call the customer service and wait 30 minute to get a call back I mean ru kidding me??? If I wanted to call Custumer service why would I come here the banker was useless she didn’t even know her job the banker name is Sonia Cervantes she had no knowledge of her job she keep on saying I don’t know I don’t know!!!
