This branch is very mismanaged. One teller for a line of 10 people is common. There are other tellers doing other tasks when they could be helping alleviate the wait time.

Farah the manager needs to be FIRED!!! I went to deposit a check today for a large amount she told me she can’t deposit it because it doesn’t have “LLC” on it. I’ve deposited checks that just say the first name of the business without issue. Clearly it’s our check! I told her she’s not depositing it because of the amount. She denied. We do enough revenue to more than cover this and are platinum there’s no reason not to deposit it. We’ve been with the bank over 6 years and even have our merchant services with them. Sinthia and Ariel are very knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous (and overworked in my opinion). This is a change from my previous review of the BofA computer system. I never said anything negative about Sinthia or Ariel. My issue is still not completely resolved, but I'm convinced the problem is in my computer.
