We as foreigner opened at the second week of December an account at the bank. We were not familiar with the process. A lot of questions had to be answered online. Thanks to Heidi a employee of the bank who was very patience and took all her time we made it through. We have got the idea the bank employees care for their customers.
It’s stupid! I ask about this International branches of BofA in Lebanon —and it gives me Lebanon, Tennessee! So much for Google’s AI lol
Walked in and there was one customer and one teller. The customer kept asking more and more services. No other teller was called or available. I walked out after the customer asked for yet another service. Very poor service and I will never go back to that location.

Unfortunately this ATM usually doesn't accept most cash deposits requiring an additional trip inside the bank which is fine but I use the ATM for convenience, speed and ease. Going inside a bank becomes an ordeal not because of the bank tellers but because of the customers that require additional time for all of their banking inquiries.
