Branch Manager does not listen, does not hear concerns, has no customer service skills and does not care about customers.
I don’t know what the point is of having a branch of a bank that’s only open from 10-4 on weekdays. They used to be open until five. Now if I need anything as simple as a roll of quarters or a cashiers check I have to go elsewhere. I’ve been banking with them for over a decade but it makes me wonder if it’s worth keeping my account at BOA.
I’ve been a customer for many years, most recently at this branch. I always get great service. The manager, John, is ALWAYS very professional and helpful. He was especially helpful through a complicated issue we were having with our account.

Don't bring too many bank deposits or you will get scolded like a little kid 🙃 of course they don't have an official number, just whatever john thinks is too many. It's obviously the customers fault that this location is constantly understaffed. The port orchard location is much better in every way.
