Yeah very patronizing, open my bank account there I can't use my credit card if I use more than five or six transactions my car gets frozen been stranded not knowing how to pay for the meal how to get on the phone with the fraud department it's a good thing I brought my phone with me. We are on vacation and needed to do some banking. We walked into the Gig Harbor branch at Fosdick and 45th. We were immediately greeted with warm, friendly "Hellos". While there, Morgan a teller noticed that we were not getting maximum advantage from a credit card we have had for years. She suggested we speak with Susan Champeau to see if there were better alternatives for us.
