I had a really good experience here, mainly thanks to Connor Johnson. He was very patient, friendly, and professional throughout the whole process. Before coming in, I had read some negative reviews about this branch, especially about staff attitude, so I wasn’t expecting much. But honestly, it was the opposite. As soon as I walked in, two people greeted me with a smile, which made a great first impression. Connor handled everything professionally and made the process smooth and stress free. Definitely changed my perception.
Didn’t know BOA customers need an appointment with a “banker” for a wire transfer! At 11:45AM on Friday (Blackhawk Branch) the teller says “bankers” are at lunch and to come back later. BOA customer since the 80s. Horrendous service. No wonder most of our accounts are with other banks now.
I agree with all the above reviews. Very bad attitude and service. Also I see the response from the bank- we will give our feedback to the leadership- please don’t bother replying back to me. The whole staff and bank leadership needs to b changed for service being great !
