They used to have excellent employees , today I went with an appointment they have no clue about anything and talking non sense process. I am surprised they can't even print a 3 months running balance , if they can't do better close this location no use for customers
Terrible experience. The person who was there had a bad attitude and was not helpful at all.
One of the worst BOA locations. The staff is terrible and rude and doesn't do their job. Came in to deposit some cash and loose change. They asked me to sort the coins individually and also roll it up flat in a shitty paper roll and refused to help. The bills they gave were in worse condition than a bill in your pant pocket in a laundry. The ATM machine is broken most of the time. The staff is rude and just don't like to help customers. A disgrace to Danville. Avoid this location.
