Although this is not my bank I took my grandmother to cash her check earlier this week. My grandmother is a lovely lady but often takes a lot of time to get in line and cash her checks lol. But we had the teller Celimar who made her day. My grandmother was reassured in taking her time, and expressed how much they appreciate her business. I came to the Center to ask some questions about my bussiness and personal account, Katherine was very knowledgeable and answer all the quesitons that I had. I will always come back!
I went here to make a deposit n the clerk asked me to many questions that was unnecessary. If I had went to the atm I wouldnt have been questioned at all at least I went to a person. I didn't go there for that. Just to make a deposit. Even if the check didn't look good to her. It wasn't any of her business.
