Terrible location . No cash machine at drive thru . We have to change from atm machine to another
We have a business account with Bank of America, when we walk-in this location, 2 group of customers already in the booth without representative, and couple of the customers waiting to be called. We went to the Business client window ask for help since we have business account, the person looks like a branch manager asked us to wait in line even we mentioned we are business account customers. Had a great experience for wire transfer at this location, did not have to wait very long even though I didn't have appointment. Rhandy and Maria were friendly, patient and very helpful
This place always have one teller and I been hearing from Covid that it will get better. Customer service is great but there should be another teller. I deposit for my job but if it would be up to me I would definitely change.
