Sempre quando venho aqui tenho uma boa experiência, os atendentes principalmente a Giuliana é muito atenciosa e eficiente… Todas as vezes eles nos ajudaram e foram extremamente atenciosos com a gente. Ótimo lugar para estrangeiros pois a maioria deles falam espanhol, inglês italiano, e um pouco de português. Recomendo muito essa agência!!

I visited three times in one week to open a family account. I was given incorrect information and later turned away, even though I had an appointment. I will never return to this branch.

I came to this Bank of America branch to open a new account. I had a physical valid state-issued driver’s license and provided my Social Security number, which I have memorized. I was told they would not proceed unless I presented the physical SSN card. Not even a photo or other proof of the number was accepted. This contradicts what’s stated by most banks and even federal guidelines, which do not require the physical card as long as you provide a valid photo ID and SSN. Patrick Koyangbo Modeba is the branch manager and is incompetent doing his job. He does not seem to understand the banking process and provides misinformation to the clients. He is not professional in his job and not trustworthy. I personally dont feel trustworthy with his ability handling my accounts. And it has been difficult for me to deposit recurring checks from the same clients that I have. There is no reason for that
