Definitely, the service of your vice president Patrick Koyangbo Modeba is terrible. I came looking for help and to express a situation that was presented to me with a representative who gave me the money incorrectly, giving me wrong information and has not been able to give me a solution or want to do the investigation through the cameras. Now I have to take this whole situation on a larger scale.
Excellent service from Mayrim Uzcategui, very professional in her work and the time of the process was in line with the expectation. I highly recommend her service.

If you want to be poorly served, have problems with the ATM, or be treated like trash, then go to this bank. THIS IS THE WORST BANK OF AMERICA. Not that the others are better, but this one in Aspen Hill is without a doubt the worst. The employees are rude, except for Maria. No one else provides good service. They don't care and provide terrible service. It wasn't the first time I've been upset at this bank, but it will certainly be the last.
