Today we opened the necessary accounts at the Bank of America branch in Rocklin (2205 Sunset Blvd). We were helped by Vita, and the service was excellent. Everything was done very professionally, clearly, and very quickly. Vita was friendly, patient, and explained all the details to us. We had a great experience with the whole branch. The team was welcoming and the process was smooth from start to finish. Thank you for such professional service.
This was our second visit to this branch in 10 days, and once again, the service was outstanding. My wife and I were assisted by Vita, and we feel incredibly lucky to have worked with her. Since my wife’s English is limited, Vita’s fluency in three languages was a lifesaver—she was able to communicate with my wife in Ukrainian and Russian. Lobby has 1 teller and they close at 4pm. This bank does not care about customers.
The bank floor design is poor, with only one cashier window that takes ages to get cash. Please add another cashier window for the sake of convenience.
Wonderful staff very friendly.
