The bank floor design is poor, with only one cashier window that takes ages to get cash. Please add another cashier window for the sake of convenience.

I needed to buy euros. The employee said that I can only do this through the app. Ok. There were 2 options: the first 1-3 days of delivery cost $7.5, the second said that it would be tomorrow after 2pm and cost $20. I chose the second because I needed it urgently. The next day they did not bring the euros, and this employee says that she told me that it is considered the next business day and she meant it. I am not a bank employee and cannot know what time the business day ends, but for some reason she did not specify this. ... read more
