4 - 5 well dressed young emloyees standing in lobby, who cant do the work of a teller when ATMs dont work properly and there are 5 customers waiting for teller. Such a waste of our time...
Large building and they only have one teller, so unfortunate the lack of customer service. Update took 40 minutes to see the teller and only after they read this review did they ask the line how they can help us.
