Very quickly we were invited into the office, we weren't waiting at all. The employee Natalia is very competent, friendly, helped us to solve all our questions. We left very satisfied with the service.

Ridiculous that a bank only has one window for a teller.
This bank sucks. Their customer service is horrible and they only have one teller. Every time I go I wait at least 10 minutes to speak to someone. They don’t apologize for the wait either. When you ask if there is anyone else available to help that tell you “No, not right now.” Meanwhile the line continues to grow. I will be closing my account with them this week.
