I visited the Bank of America Branch in U-District to open a bank account. I found bank staff courteous and helpful. I have particular praise for Arun, the staff member who had been asked to open a bank account for me. Arun helped me open the needed account in my very first visit to the bank. He was polite and professional and patiently responded to my queries. Following opening of the account, I also received my debit card. Thanks to Arun's support, my account and debit card are operational.
The nicest people ever! I almost missed picking up my foreign currency before my trip, and the team actually called me to make sure I got my cash in time. They went above and beyond to help me, and I’m so grateful for how caring and proactive they were. Amazing customer service I highly recommend!

It’s a bank, and it does exactly what you want a bank to do. The service is consistently good, and the staff are always professional. The quiet, calm atmosphere here is something I really appreciate every time I visit.
Sounounou was so helpful! He really went above and beyond with his customer service. I will definitely be coming back.
