No one will pick up phone if you have any problem worst customer service ever seen
Customer service is terrible there. The stuff is not familiar with the personal account process and keep insisting me providing all my identities physically(I am permanent resident), almost get into a fight then they changed the words after checking the requirements. Would avoid it at all costs. There are other banks on the street which provide better service than them.
