I don’t know why they even have an ATM lobby here. Every time I try to grab cash it just says the ATM is out of service. I drove to the Northgate and Lake City ATM’s and those are also out of service. Edit 11/14/25- for funsies I thought it would be fun to grab some cash. To the surprise of no one this ATM is still out of service. Bank of America ATM’s are the McDonald’s ice cream machines of the world and are always broken.

I went to this branch to get answer for a complicated issues, and Mischi at the branch went above and beyond to help me. He was very kind and patience. I saw him also helping an elderly customer before me with the best attitude. I am grateful for such great customer service. It truly goes a long way.

I deposited a cashiers check and was told the funds would be available the next day. A few hours later I received an email stating they are placing a hold on the funds for 7 days. They said they need to verify the funds are available. No, they are giving themselves a free 7 day 5 figure loan. This is completely unacceptable. Do not trust these people with your money.

I've been working with this bank now for several years. They've been much better than Wells, Chase, or Fidelity; all of which I use. They were head and shoulders above the choices when setting up my real estate sole proprietor operation; and they are very good at helping with problems, particularly app problems. Banks are not so good in general, but this branch gives some hope!

Manager is never in office, and only manager can do foreign currency exchanges. Tried twice, giving up at this point.
