What's going on at this bank is outrageous. I'm writing to warn you about it. In 2024, $3,000 was stolen from my safe deposit box. In 2025, I filed a complaint to have it investigated. A year has passed and no response. Anyone I tell about this is in shock.

I placed my card into an atm on Saturday, the component that accepts the card was pushed back so it fell into a void. I was worried it was tampered with in order to collect cards - the security guard then said there was nothing he could do and I had to call the number. I was worried all weekend my card would be at risk and the number only said to go into the branch on Monday.
