What is going on at this branch? Yesterday the employees were inside but the doors were locked. Ppl waiting to get in, they waved ppl off. Today it was closed.......

I do the banking services for my employer Above Average Inc (Tattoo Parlor) in Jersey City. Tamera Daniels provides us with outstanding service. Tamera stays on top of issues I have concerns with. Now with the Harrison Ave Jersey City NJ branch being down and more clients are being rerouted to their branch. Tamera, Rita and Staff are doing there best to accommodate each clients needs
Very slow to do any transactions. Someone personal car is parked in the ATM lanes making it hard to drive trough.
The worst Bank of America ever , only one teller and one banker they are so rude zero customer service here , I have been waiting for a banker for whole hour and the banker know there is a lot of people here but she is keep on talking and laughing with the customer she have since it’s her friend and came to visit and ignoring all the other who are waiting on her .
