Moved out of town but still came to Bayonne to see Tyler. Made an appointment online to renew my CD, came all the way into town for this appointment just for him to be on vacation. Nobody called me to let me know even after sending a confirmation text. Will be moving to another branch now
I visited this location out of concern for a random check I received in the mail; I was skeptical that perhaps it was fraudulent and wanted verification from a professional before depositing it. Carol pulled me into her office to discuss the matter. She made very light of the situation, ignored my concerns, spoke over me, showed zero empathy or compassion, seemed patronizing, and left me with, "I can't guarantee anything". Do not come here. I’ve been trying to get ahold of them for two weeks and I haven’t gotten a single person to answer the phone. They take money out and they “don’t know the reason”. I’ve been having the same issue for months. Absolutely ridiculous and worst decision I’ve made in a bank.
