Had a problem with my account. Customer service on the phone was horrible and useless. Went to the near by location Rita was very helpful and informative.

Moved out of town but still came to Bayonne to see Tyler. Made an appointment online to renew my CD, came all the way into town for this appointment just for him to be on vacation. Nobody called me to let me know even after sending a confirmation text. Will be moving to another branch now
