The cashiers are too slow.
I get certified checks from other banks of Americas. Never an issue. The truimph in this one is ridiculous! Tap to pay not working or discontinued is equally ridiculous ! not sure if it’s just an East Orange issue or not because I don’t have this problem anywhere else. Last time . I transferred my money to my other bank and no issues at all
The tellers are terrible. 4 people in line, one teller steps away, and the other gets into a long conversation about preschools with a customer. Being personable is good, but not to the point where other customers have to wait 10 minutes for you to finish your conversation. And when the other teller returned, she was sitting there not calling the customers who were waiting. I finally walked up to her window to ask if she could help me, and she looked at me like I was crazy. This is after waiting 15 minutes in total. CLUELESS... read more
Completely ignored me when I asked to speak to a manager regarding an issue with my ID. Wish customer service was better, I really needed my money. UPDATE: I traveled to the Hackensack branch and explain my situation in to the manager Ada. She was incredibly professional and accommodating. I was able to cash my check and take care of my family in this extreme heat, like I planned to do yesterday before Adrian from the East Orange branch gave me the run around.
