Its a bank. Nice people. But honestly. After watching my girlfriend put over 20k into an account over 7 months... for them to only give out a prepay high risk credit card?? Lmao. Sorry not the bank for us.. we went to msufcu and put 10 into her new account.. they gave her a 0 down 0 annual fee credit card 1500 balance. Thx but no thx bank of America
Emma, the manager has TERRIBLE customer service skills I have no clue how you are manager. Very disrespectful and unhelpful. I’m beyond disappointed in how you guys talk to and treat your customers you guys are very nasty human beings with literally no sense of customer service.
