Tried to call and ask them a branch specific question. The automated caller thing said “everyone is busy” and hung up on me rather than leaving me on hold.
Its a bank. Nice people. But honestly. After watching my girlfriend put over 20k into an account over 7 months... for them to only give out a prepay high risk credit card?? Lmao. Sorry not the bank for us.. we went to msufcu and put 10 into her new account.. they gave her a 0 down 0 annual fee credit card 1500 balance. Thx but no thx bank of America
