Teller had me there 20 minutes waiting to tell me she can't cash the check after the machine had already counted and spit out my money and she had already ran it thru thier machine that stamps it. The worst branch I have ever been to I go to the branches in detriot all the time and never have I had a problem
What a joke of a bank. I made two in person visits and both times were told by Jason that someone would call me for an appointment. The only thing that was made clear was that he is the manager. Horrible service.
Okay experience here. Just opened a business checking account and had to jump through some crazy hoops to try and change the pin number. Teller was very friendly.
