This branch is fairly new and one of the closet to my home, the parking is easy and there are many other business near by, like First Watch where I intent to eat after this visit and posting this review. Excelente atención, resolvieron todas mis dudas.
No one answers the phone
Horrible la atención del personal, mucha demora, te dejan sentado y conversan entre los trabajadores, te anotan una lista por gusto porque no le prestan atención. La gente de esta sucursal necesita entrenamiento de atención al cliente porque a la verdad dejan mucho que desear, por eso me fui del lugar, más de una hora de espera perdiendo mi tiempo.
HA I’m not surprised this place has a 2.8 star value, IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME DO NOT COME HERE, I waited there patiently in line to watch some lady walk in and get in front, when I confront the worker who assisted her she said that she had been waiting, when she so obviously just walked in the bank, I was next in line, I WAS WAITINF FOR YOU AND ANYONE ELSE. Bunch of slow moving cash handlers it was some slow moving lady in the front maybe middle aged or something I don’t know but she needs to be moved to another area.
