Not happy with the customer service. Made an appointment for a notary, told them what I needed notarized and even sent the form before hand. Then I get there and she said they don’t notarize for this? Then why did you not say anything when I sent the form and said what it was for? Absolute waste of my time especially when this is a time sensitive document.

I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE AT Bank of America LADERA RANCH.. ATM WINDOW. GAVE ME $440.00 DOLLARS ONLY, IN STEAD OF 490.00 REQUESTED. CALLED FINANCIAL AND IS CLOSED. $5O.00 MISSING. RETURN MY MONEY, PLEASE!

After visiting this branch, i drove home and spent over an hour on the phone to cancel my Bank of America credit card just so I would not have any accounts with them at all. Got a check $25 check from Bank of America (not a person who has bank of America, but the company bank of America) I went into the branch to cash my $25 check, and was told there would be an $8 fee to cash a check they issued me. I guess I had forgot why I never used them as a bank, but had my reminder today..

First time visiting this branch and I had my appointment with Azadeh Mokhtari to update my account. I had such a great experience and I really appreciate for your hard work

This branch is not even worth writing about. We met this personal banker, Virsha Nambiar, she was as rude and as unprofessional as one gets. To make the matters worse, her incompetency was beyond belief. Both B of A and Merril lynch should be ashamed. We are closing our account with them. It looks like it's been difficult lately to find quality people to work for them???
