If it were possible to give this bank a zero-star rating, I would do so without hesitation. In my 29 years of living in the United States, during which I have opened and managed numerous bank accounts, I have never experienced such a lack of professionalism, misinformation, and waste of time as what occurred at this branch. Not happy with the customer service. Made an appointment for a notary, told them what I needed notarized and even sent the form before hand. Then I get there and she said they don’t notarize for this? Then why did you not say anything when I sent the form and said what it was for? Absolute waste of my time especially when this is a time sensitive document.

I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE AT Bank of America LADERA RANCH.. ATM WINDOW. GAVE ME $440.00 DOLLARS ONLY, IN STEAD OF 490.00 REQUESTED. CALLED FINANCIAL AND IS CLOSED. $5O.00 MISSING. RETURN MY MONEY, PLEASE!

After visiting this branch, i drove home and spent over an hour on the phone to cancel my Bank of America credit card just so I would not have any accounts with them at all. Got a check $25 check from Bank of America (not a person who has bank of America, but the company bank of America) I went into the branch to cash my $25 check, and was told there would be an $8 fee to cash a check they issued me. I guess I had forgot why I never used them as a bank, but had my reminder today..
