I am locked out of my account . I was on hold to customer service 1 and 3/4 hrs to be told I have to go to the bank to verify in person who I am. I came to this bank and let them know what was going on to be told ‘have you got an appointment?’ We are down to associates and can help you. Or you can wait for an hour! This associate situation is nothing to do with me. I am locked out of my account. These bank don’t care at all.
Not sure why they reopened this branch. New people have no clue. I was depositing a lot of cash at the ATM done the street and that machine was having some problems so I came to this branch to use their machines and was surprised they had reopened inside for customers. I walked in and I was the only customer inside walked up to the teller and said I wanted to deposit cash the machine down the street having problems.
