Helpful and quick
Would give less than one star if possible. Literally walked up directly at 5:00 rushing to get there to get a cashier's check for my friend with chemo... Wouldn't open the door looks like we're out of luck. This bank specifically is a joke.... One of their tellers in the past tried telling me that I put my debit card in correctly into the slot but it was actually their mistake. Uneducated people working here... I believe 90% of them should be fired and replaced.
My wife and I are long time customers. Today, we came to our local Bank of America, located at 3416 McHenry Ave in Modesto, CA. The young man at the counter was NOT helpful at all. In fact, his answer to my question was something similar to “well, the answer is going to be no regardless” when asked about auto loans and refinancing. Your employee never once attempted to offer help or assistance, just a simple NO. This is ridiculous.
