I get always Stellar Service from this Bank. All staff including Manager and officers and all Tellers gave me exceptional customer service. KUDOS to this branch and staff.
The only bank that ask you to call them ahead of time if you need to withdraw money This location needs some real management if this kind of people runs this bank I am out of Bank of America soon !!!!
The service received by Jill Parchman was very good
Absolutely terrible customer service over the phone for loan issues. Have a totaled car and asked for extension on loan payment to allow for insurance payoff, spent nearly two hours on the phone through six or seven transfers and was told they can’t do it and to just make the payment. They don’t care about you as a customer, go find a local credit union where they care.
I had no problems handling my business here. The teller was friendly.
